Move into a defined recovery sprint only when it is agreed.

Work begins only after the intended outcome, scope, price and responsibilities are accepted.

Discuss an approved sprint

When a sprint is the right stage

A sprint is a later stage: there is already an agreed route, a defined business outcome and a need for a short working cycle within a confirmed scope. It is not a first-contact product.

What is needed before it starts

The buyer and provider make the available task scope, relevant constraints and acceptance criteria clear. Do not send credentials, access details or secrets through the public contact route.

How work is made visible

Work proceeds against the agreed route. Progress is discussed through the agreed communication path, while recorded outcomes and open questions are reviewed with the buyer.

What the client receives

The handoff makes clear which agreed points were addressed, which questions remain open, and which decisions require further agreement. It does not silently turn a bounded sprint into an open-ended engagement.

The gate before work

Before work starts, the intended outcome, in-scope boundary, price, responsibilities, communication route and handoff condition are accepted in writing.

No blanket promise

A defined sprint is not a guarantee of recovery, an SLA or a substitute for the written agreement that governs the work.
