Skepra / Web recovery & resilience

Bring in focused support without giving away the client relationship.

Skepra can support an agency or MSP on an agreed route while the agency remains client-facing.

Discuss a client situation

When to involve Skepra

Use this route when your client has a web-risk or recovery decision that needs focused support, while your team remains accountable for the relationship and client communication.

What to share first

Share high-level facts about the client situation, impact and blocked decision. Do not send client credentials, access details, secrets, payment data, database dumps or full logs at first contact.

How the partner route develops

The first conversation establishes the client-facing owner, communication boundary and decision requiring agency approval. Written responsibilities and scope then precede the commercial route and any documented handoff.

What is made explicit

Responsibilities, confidentiality expectations, scope, commercial route and handoff point are written down before any client-facing or chargeable work begins.

What remains with the agency

The agency retains the client relationship unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed. Skepra does not use a partner conversation to claim an ongoing mandate or direct access to the client.
