Skepra is currently operated as a sole trader; formal business registration is in progress. This page will be updated once registration completes.
What is collected
Only what you submit through the contact form: name, work email, organisation (if given) and the business situation you describe. No credentials, secrets, payment data or database dumps should ever be submitted, and none are knowingly collected.
Why it is collected
Solely to assess your recovery review or partner request and to reply to you. It is not used for marketing and is not sold or shared with third parties.
How long it is kept
No longer than 30 days from submission, unless a recovery review or sprint is agreed in writing, in which case the data relevant to that agreed work is kept for the duration of the engagement.
Your rights
To access, correct or delete the data you submitted, contact requests@skepra.com. The same address handles deletion and correction requests.
